Privacy policy

SIA “Warehouse 24” Reg. No. 40203574348, legal address: Katlakalna Street 1B, Riga, hereinafter referred to as the online store, provides the content available on its website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.

1. General Terms

If a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, Cabinet of Ministers regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” etc.

2. Making Purchases

The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are listed next to the products.
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost, including delivery, will then be displayed on the screen. Make the payment to complete the order.

3. Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer.
Note! When using internet banking for payment, confirm the order and click the button “Return to merchant.”
The contract becomes effective upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the buyer will be notified, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
Purchased goods are delivered using parcel delivery partners. All fees and taxes required for receiving the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer.
Delivery costs are shown before confirming the order. Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer (more information here).
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days, with prior notification to the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. (Depending on the product, the buyer may not have mandatory withdrawal rights — if so, the reason must be clearly stated and explained.)
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day withdrawal right, the goods must be used only for their intended purpose. The consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.
If the goods are misused or damaged due to careless use, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refunded amount in accordance with the decrease in the product’s value.

The parties agree on who covers the cost of returning goods, except in cases where the return is due to non-conformity (e.g., wrong or damaged product), in which case the return cost is covered by the Seller.

The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store.
After receiving the returned goods, the online store refunds all payments received from the buyer under the distance contract immediately, but no later than 14 days.

The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return have been received.
If the Buyer has chosen a more expensive delivery option than the cheapest one offered by the online store, the store is not obliged to reimburse the excess delivery cost.

The online store is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell products and request their return from the Buyer if a pricing error has caused the listed price to be significantly lower than the market value.

6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-conforming Goods

The online store is responsible for product non-conformities or defects that appear within 6 months from the delivery date, or were present at the time of delivery, unless this contradicts the nature of the goods or defect.

The Buyer must inform the Seller of any non-conformity within 2 months of discovery by submitting a complaint. Complaints can be submitted by contacting the store at info@lumistock.lv.

The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after delivery. If purchased items have defects that are the seller’s responsibility, the Buyer has the right to request repair or replacement at no cost.

If repair or replacement is not possible, the Seller will refund all payments made under the Distance Contract. The seller will respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days.

7. Buyer’s Personal Data Processing

The online store processes only the personal data entered by the buyer when ordering goods — for example, name, surname, email, etc.
The online store forwards personal data to the shipping provider(s) to ensure delivery.

If you have clearly agreed to receive marketing messages, including newsletters, we may occasionally contact you with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process the email address provided when signing up for marketing communication.

The buyer can opt out of marketing messages at any time by emailing info@lumistock.lv.

8. Dispute Resolution

For matters not specified in these terms, the Buyer and Seller agree to follow the legislation in force in the Republic of Latvia.

All disputes arising between the Buyer and Seller will be resolved through mutual negotiation or correspondence.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with Latvian legislation.
Disputes between Buyers (consumers) and the Seller can also be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer also has the right to apply to the European Union dispute resolution bodies.
